My work sits at the intersection of real estate, investment, development, and business opportunity.  With experience spanning commercial and residential real estate, investment property, land acquisition and development, new construction, and other complex transactions, I work with investors, property owners, developers, builders and business owners to identify opportunities, navigate transactions, and create value. My career has included multi-million-dollar real estate transactions, residential developments, new-construction sales, land acquisitions, market and financial analysis, due diligence, negotiations, and transaction strategy.

I’m particularly interested in opportunities where the value isn’t immediately obvious—whether that’s an investment property, land or development opportunity, off-market/creative transaction, franchise opportunity, or select business acquisition.

While licensed in Washington and Florida, my network and investment focus extend beyond individual markets.
